Cherry Blossom Bowl | Set of 2

These hand made bowls are made using a technique called pinching which lends them their unique, irregular shape. After a first round of firing in the Kiln at around 920 Centigrade, floral patterns are hand painted with brush and underglazes and the piece is then fired at 1240 Centigrade. Finally, gold luster is applied on the piece to accentuate the design. The piece is then fired again in the kiln for a third time. The gold thus becomes a part of the piece permanently.

As product is completely handmade from the scratch, please note that there maybe slight variations in the product in terms of colours and size which is a natural outcome of human involvement in the product
